Ballet Examination Form 2024

Your child is now ready to prepare to take their ballet examination if their teacher has informed you.

All Exam pupils must attend all their regular class lessons plus 8-10 extra additional ones.

Your child will need extra preparation and must attend the two lessons a week.

The exams are during school hours – please check with your child’s school that they can have time off.

Please make your bank transfer payable to First Steps Academy and clearly fill out the downloadble form below and hand to reception or your teacher ASAP as the closing dates are approaching. Entries made after this date will not be recognised.
